Somewhere along the way, the idea took hold that a good first workout should leave you unable to walk downstairs the next day. That if you're not wrecked, it wasn't worth doing.
We don't see it that way.
What we want from a first session
We'd rather you leave understanding a few movements, feeling like you were listened to, and thinking, 'I could do that again.'
That's what brings you back. And coming back is what actually changes things.
Build the challenge as we go
We can build the challenge in as we get to know you — how you move, what you're confident with, what you're working towards.
Being exhausted on day one doesn't tell us whether you've had the right session. It usually just tells us you've had a hard one.
The right first session is one you'd happily do a second time.
